Turn mobile data off, reconnect to the Piso WiFi network, then type http://10.0.0.1 ulit. Nine times out of ten, the phone was using data instead of the WiFi, so the local portal could never load.
“This site can’t be reached” or connection timed out
You are not on the network that owns 10.0.0.1. Check you’re connected to the right WiFi name, forget the network and rejoin, and disable any VPN — a VPN tunnels your traffic away from the local gateway.
The page redirects to https and shows a privacy error
Portals run on plain http. Type the full address as http://10.0.0.1; if the browser keeps forcing https, try an incognito/private tab, which skips the cached redirect.
Portal loads but keeps reloading or shows a blank page
